Well, here we are in November already. It's hard to believe 2025 is coming to a close soon.
November 4th: Our school is right next to where Treasure Mountain Junior High used to be located. They have been slowly knocking it down since 8th grade is now at Ecker Hill Middle School and 9th grade is at the high school. It's been an amazing process to watch.
November 15th: We went to a Utah women's basketball game. Afterwards, the girls got to go down onto the court to meet the players and get autographs.
November 19th: Today was Emma's first home basketball game, against South Summit.
November 22nd: Abby and I went to the last Utah Utes home football game against Kansas State. It was an incredible game, with Utah winning in the last minute.
At each home game, they light the Olympic flame. Very cool.
November 26th: Emma was busy making her pumpkin and apple pies for Thanksgiving.
November 27th: Happy Thanksgiving! Abby was in charge of the charcuterie board.
November 28th: We finally got a permit to cut down a Christmas tree in the Uintas this year. It was pretty easy to hike around since there was no snow. Crazy!
November 29th: The tree is all decorated!
November 30th: The snow finally came! And the deer are back!
