As usual, I have lots to share so I'll get right to the photos.
Andy and the girls went to the daddy/daughter dance at our school.
For Emma's birthday, she got to take a couple of friends to a cooking class with her. Before the class, they had the awesome opportunity to watch one of the Chopped Junior winners do a demonstration.
Andy and I got a nice lesson on basic knife skills from Emma. Then, of course, she had to cut up every vegetable she could find at home.
Abigail loves to help clean.
Our first bike ride of the season!
Abby loves playing with all of my old cars.
Abby's artwork!
Birthday crepes on this girl's 7th birthday!
Emma wanted to ski on her birthday. It's so nice for our entire family to go out skiing together.
I use an amazing online authoring tool called Wixie with my students. I have received a grant for the program from the Park City Education Foundation so, last Friday, I was invited to do a short presentation at one of PCEF's events. It love doing presentations on things I am knowledgeable and passionate about!
Andy is going to be out of town for my birthday so he surprised me with a couples cooking class yesterday. It was so much fun! We both learned a lot, too.
We made crab cakes and the dressing to go on this salad.
For our main dish, we made pork tenderloin with this delicious mushroom sauce.
For dessert, we had a chocolate cookie with espresso ice cream. (We did not make those.)
