We had the wettest October on record this year. Crazy. No doubt our reservoirs needed the water. Hopefully, that is a sign that we will have some good, skiable snow this winter.
October 2nd-5th: We traveled to WI for our fall break. We wanted to make the trip to see my 98-year old grandma. It was beautiful weather while we were there. We spent a lot of time at the senior center where my grandma lives now.
We got out for a hike at Hoffman Hills.
We took my grandma out for pizza one night.
We had to go to an apple orchard!
We met up with my dad and aunt for breakfast one morming.
October 11th: It's the 2nd year we have participated in the Shot Ski.
We got our first dusting of snow that night.
October 18th: We found a great farm in Salt Lake City to pick our own pumpkins!
October 23rd: Abigail had her first choir concert of the year tonight.
October24th: Tonight was our annual pumpkin carving party!
The kids made all of the food!
October 29th: Tonight was Emma's end-of-season bike banquet.
October 31st: Happy Halloween!
A group of staff at our school dressed up as characters from Toy Story.
