Flaming Gorge

A few days after all of our 4th of July festivities, we ventured to Flaming Gorge for some camping and water fun with good friends. 

Warm weather and lots of sunshine = spending most of our time in the water (or in the shade)

One afternoon, Emma made some guacamole for an appetizer.

We had a pretty amazing 4th of July this year.  Andy's mom was in town, along with his sister and her family.  We all spent 4 nights at the cabin in Brighton and had a blast together!

One afternoon we hiked to Lake Solitude and had a picnic. 

 

 

We even had to hike over some snow patches.

One morning we took the girls fishing at Silver Lake. 

 

 

We played pickleball! 

 Frisbee golf is a necessity at the cabin.

 The water was really high.  There is usually a little beach area on the right.
