Raspberry Days at Bear Lake

Last weekend, we were up in Bear Lake for the annual Raspberry Days.  I mean, who could pass up fresh raspberries, raspberry shakes, fun in the sun, and the "Caribbean of the Rockies" (as Bear Lake is known as)?  We had a blast!

Our "go to" place for raspberry shakes

Yummy!

One of the best things about KOA campgrounds is that they offer a lot for kids to do.

And, of course, mini golf was a must.
Who could pass up splashing around in puddles?
One day, we biked to the beach and enjoyed a little fun in the sun.

Somebody loved the water...

Waiting for the parade to start

One night, the KOA had a tie-dye event for kids.

We just had to make ice cream one night.

Camping in the Uintas

This past weekend, we ventured up to the Uintas with Ben.  The temperatures have been near 90 around here for a while so it was nice to get a little reprieve from the heat.

Practicing her casting

Cooper is moving a little slowly these days (bad back knee), but he still loves the outdoors.

Yep, I think Emma is officially too big for the backpack!

This is the life.

This was Sarah's (Ben's dog) position for most of the trip.

Yummy!

Fishing at Trial Lake

It's a good thing these girls don't mind getting a little dirty...

Yep, she was that dirty.

On the way home, we stopped for a picnic along the Provo River.
Emma got a few bug bites during the weekend.
